Each month we will visit different series, products, and topics. My idea for this blog is to cover anything and everything anime related with people new to the party, you ‘babyweebs’ and veteran weebs alike, and just throw out my two cents about anime, manga, webcomics, art, and other relatable pop culture.

Back in the days of old, namely 2005-2010 give or take, there were few places I would visit to learn about what was going on in the anime realm, and the few that I gravitated towards were mostly smaller communities. I enjoyed having consistent updates about the fandoms I loved and stalking the comment section from the shadows, yes I was THAT person.

Nowadays, people mostly follow big companies that can be trusted to deliver the latest new and accurate information straight from Japan on the industry side of things. I want to create a bit of that old school vibe with Babyweeb, I want this to be an entertaining, inclusive place for everyone to learn and talk about all the geeky things we love.

My ultimate plan is to grow this into a fun and positive place people can come back to time and time again to get another view on geek culture and hopefully discover a few new things or be reminded of some old favorites.

Everything on BabyWeeb is my own opinion, but I will try to be fairly unbias, I just love geek culture and want to share my perspective.
